Olivia Kern
Residential Manager
Olivia grew up in western Montana and attended Montana State University where she earned degrees in Community Health and Women, Gender & Sexuality Studies. Olivia’s passion for working with communities and individuals led her to a wide range of work experiences. She worked as an adaptive ski instructor and volunteer trainer for the nonprofit Eagle Mount, which provides therapeutic recreational opportunities for people with disabilities and children with cancer. She later served as the Montana Chapter Director of a nonprofit called Foster the Earth- which provides therapeutic wilderness experiences to young adults transitioning out of the foster care system. Olivia began working with adolescents in a residential therapeutic setting in 2020, and now serves as a Residential Manager at Milestones. Olivia loves witnessing growth and transformation within students and their families throughout this powerful stage of treatment. She is constantly honored to be a part of people’s journey to wellness and maturity.
Olivia loves spending time outside through skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and rafting. She enjoys long walks in the mountains and mountain-top dance parties. Olivia values bringing people together through cooking food and playing music. She loves to travel and experience different cultures and ways of life. Olivia is thrilled to share her passion for adventure and her Montana home to students at Milestones.
