Molly Harper
Residential Manager
Molly comes to Milestones with experience in working with children of all ages. She graduated from the University of Delaware where she studied Human Services within the College of Human Development and Family Studies. Molly holds a degree in Human Services with a Clinical Concentration. She has worked in residential, outpatient, school, and private home healthcare settings. Most recently, Molly worked for a therapeutic boarding school where she became familiar with the collaborative process of long-term treatment. She was a witness to the transformation and healing that can occur for a family when given the right tools.
Molly works for Milestones because she is passionate about helping adolescents navigate their own personal growth and development. She understands the importance of creating positive group culture, giving each student a safe space to express themselves and grow in the direction of their choosing. Molly is trained and certified in AEGIS: Non-violent crisis de-escalation and prevention techniques, Abuse Prevention Systems: Sexual abuse awareness, First Aid/CPR/AED, Youth Mental Health First Aid: Suicide prevention, ASIST: Applied Suicide Intervention Training, and NCI: Nonviolent Crisis Intervention.
Following her move to the Flathead Valley in 2019, Molly was quick to pick up several hobbies that all had one thing in common: they take place outdoors. In the cold months, you can find Molly skiing, and when it warms up you can find her fly fishing.
